General Delapaz, just like Joc Joc Bolante, where did you learn your morals? I know morality is learned from home and from the church. Go back and refresh yourself with the lessons of morality that you learn from home and the church so that so will have the courage to do what is right. If you did not learn anything or cannot remember anything in the past, which means the two institutions that I've mentioned failed to do what Theodore Roosevelt has said.

Make roads leading to our communities, build houses for our people, stop stealing from the government legally and illegally. Live a simple life now for a better tommorow!
